- Design scalable workforce transformation programs for hybrid/remote ecosystems
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic forecasts to board members and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ years in futurism or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of implementing workforce transformation initiatives
- Expertise in predictive analytics and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI/ML applications in talent management
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent experience
- Experience leading teams through digital transformation cycles
- Strong network within tech innovation and HR thought leadership circles
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Social Sciences preferred
