- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Produce strategic whitepapers and roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze global market shifts and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize innovation initiatives aligned with future market needs
- Present foresight findings to investors, board members, and industry conferences
- Mentor junior analysts on future research methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, climate tech, neurotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data visualization expertise
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
