Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Drive innovation workshops using design thinking and speculative design methodologies
- Produce executive-grade trend reports with quantifiable impact projections
- Build and manage a global network of domain experts and futurists
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all strategic outputs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy (e.g., Harvard Business Review)
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Experience advising C-suite on disruption and transformation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ multi-year strategic implementations
