Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready operational models
- Produce high-impact foresight reports with data-driven predictions and actionable recommendations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Methodology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, biotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
