As a thought leader in our Future Insights division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to identify paradigm shifts, quantify disruption risks, and capitalize on exponential opportunities. Your work will directly influence multi-billion-dollar strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate) and develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive teams across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Produce high-impact trend reports with quantitative models and qualitative narratives
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and storytelling
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies and critical thinking
- Build and maintain a network of industry experts, academics, and innovation pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, SWOT-PESTEL)
- Experience with data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario modeling
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic roadmaps implemented by major organizations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
