Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Conduct scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives across 15+ industries
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation summits
- Mentor a cross-functional team of futurists and data scientists
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Advocate ethical frameworks for emerging technologies through policy advisory work
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide 3+ case studies)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
