Responsibilities

- Produce executive-ready future-state reports with quantified impact assessments
- Collaborate with R&D teams to incubate next-generation products and services
- Establish early-warning systems for technological, regulatory, and social paradigm shifts
- Present future-vision narratives to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Integrate foresight findings into annual strategic planning cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
