As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to navigate disruption and pioneer solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Your work will shape how organizations prepare for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable transitions in the post-2025 era.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends impacting industries through horizon scanning and predictive modeling
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients preparing for 2026+ disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness strategies
- Author thought leadership on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Quantify future market opportunities through data-driven foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published research on future scenarios or trend analysis
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF, APF)
