Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Produce quarterly Future State Reports synthesizing technological, economic, and sociocultural shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated market disruptions
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board and investor stakeholders
- Establish key performance indicators for future-readiness across business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience developing quantitative and qualitative foresight methodologies
- Track record of implementing future strategies with measurable business impact
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic forces shaping 2026+
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
