Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends and socio-economic shifts to define 2026 strategic priorities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for market disruption and opportunity identification
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, design, and product teams
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with venture capital partners to identify disruptive startups
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for next-gen solutions
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for industry adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (Harvard/MIT/CERN preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling ventures from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, SWOT 3.0)
- Experience with UN SDG alignment frameworks
