Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+ landscape
- Develop and maintain Horizon's 10-year innovation roadmap aligned with global megatrends
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future insights into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership for executive stakeholders
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops to embed future-thinking across organization
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals affecting industry evolution
- Advise on emerging tech investments (Web3, AGI, sustainable tech) with ROI modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with proven impact in tech or consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and market applications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience publishing future-focused research (whitepapers, keynote presentations)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Ability to synthesize diverse data sources into coherent future narratives
