Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful future-focused strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and societal shifts
- Experience with innovation frameworks like Design Thinking and Agile Futures
