Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and strategic pivots
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem of startups, academia, and R&D partners
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies
- Drive prototype development and pilot programs for emerging solutions
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing long-term (5+ year) strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or space tech
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
