Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats for 2026+
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for long-term planning and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof products and services
- Present executive-level strategic briefings and scenario-planning workshops
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight and innovation team
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects or publications
