Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends to inform 2026+ strategic plans
- Develop and implement scenario-planning methodologies for technology adoption and disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to market validation
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline performance and ROI tracking
- Build and maintain external partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Develop foresight frameworks to anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging tech
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech-driven initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
