- Design human-centered innovation frameworks for next-generation products and services
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-focused concepts

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership

- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling capabilities
