Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications through 2030
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market demands
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on future market disruptions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley labs
- Present strategic foresight insights to investors and board members through compelling narratives
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption and advise on compliance strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on innovation strategy
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
