- Measure and report on foresight ROI through market validation and adoption metrics
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, space)
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite and stakeholder engagement
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC, CFP) preferred
