Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and emerging markets to develop 5-10 year strategic innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into commercial offerings
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of thought leaders and industry disruptors
- Develop quantitative models to forecast market shifts and competitive landscapes
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through training and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or tech consulting
- Proven track record developing and implementing futuristic commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, quantum computing, or emerging tech domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level decision makers
