Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Lead strategic workshops to identify disruption opportunities and future-proof business models
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation concepts
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Establish industry partnerships with research labs and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (preferred)
