- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging methodologies like anticipatory governance
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Portfolio of published future-strategy work or thought leadership
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP from APF) preferred
- Experience with futures simulation tools like Delphi or causal layered analysis
