Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and quantify disruptive trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Architect innovation pipelines integrating blockchain, AR/VR, and sustainable tech
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab, Stanford HAI, and other innovation powerhouses
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies across 12 industry verticals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
- Publish thought leadership in top-tier journals and global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neuromorphic AI
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures studies journals or top-tier business publications
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and sociocultural megatrends
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures concepts to diverse stakeholders
