Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, economic, social, and geopolitical domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and future scenario models for 5-10 year planning horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to synthesize insights into product roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-oriented thinking into corporate strategy
- Author visionary thought leadership and white papers on emerging disruptive forces
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through data-driven predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent field
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or corporate foresight leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful market innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and systems thinking
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
