Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and translate insights into actionable 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Develop scenario-planning models for emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-focused innovations into product development cycles
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented future-strategies through KPI tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-strategies
