Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, market trends, and societal shifts to identify future opportunities and threats.
- Develop and communicate compelling future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for the organization.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the ideation, prototyping, and implementation of innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align innovation initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to identify disruptive threats and opportunities.
- Build and maintain a network of external experts, partners, and thought leaders.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, Strategic Planning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in innovation strategy, strategic planning, or a related role.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing successful strategic initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.) and their potential impact on industries.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
