Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and maintain the corporate innovation roadmap, aligning future opportunities with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to incubate and scale disruptive solutions
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to stay ahead of innovation curves
- Drive cross-functional workshops to foster a culture of future-focused innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record developing and executing long-term innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from APF or SOIF)
