- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Create innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech advancements
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Produce executive briefings on geopolitical, climate, and demographic shifts
- Build a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Measure and report on strategic innovation KPIs using predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, quantum computing
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, etc.)
- Global perspective with understanding of 2026 geopolitical trends
