Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ foresight framework, analyzing technological, economic, and societal megatrends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Drive organizational adoption of agile innovation methodologies
- Mentor teams in future-thinking practices and trend analysis
- Present insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact
- Experience in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
