As a key member of our Global Futures Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and external innovation partners to identify disruptive opportunities. You'll develop forward-looking roadmaps while ensuring ethical implementation frameworks for transformative technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast market opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational growth objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product development and market entry strategies
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies to ensure responsible implementation
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning reports to guide high-stakes decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating complex technological trends into business-critical strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through innovation initiatives from conception to implementation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects that generated measurable business impact
