Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions relevant to 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster collaborative ideation and strategic alignment
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
- Measure and communicate ROI of innovation initiatives using KPIs tied to long-term growth
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams and global innovation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
