What you'll achieve:
- Develop 10-year innovation roadmaps for global enterprises
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant solutions
- Present at Davos and CES summits as our thought leadership ambassador
- Shape policy frameworks for AI ethics and space commercialization
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) to identify 2026-2030 market opportunities
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate-resilient infrastructure
- Lead moonshot projects with $5M+ budgets in decentralized AI systems
- Publish quarterly whitepapers in Nature Futures journal
- Mentor PhD fellows in our Future Leaders program
- Secure patents for at least 3 breakthrough innovations annually
- Advise C-suite executives on metaverse and quantum adoption strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic innovation at top-tier tech firms (FAANG or SpaceX equivalent)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Julia preferred)
- Track record of scaling ventures from concept to billion-dollar valuation
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and ethical AI governance
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (ACF or CF foresight)
- Experience with neurotech and brain-computer interface ecosystems
