As a pivotal member of our Global Futures Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and cross-functional teams to anticipate paradigm shifts and pioneer breakthrough solutions. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, market entry strategies, and organizational transformation initiatives across AI, biotechnology, and sustainable ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive trends and technological inflection points impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision and emerging market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-generation solutions using design thinking methodologies
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders and product teams
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for innovation pipeline maturity and future-readiness assessment
- Represent the organization at global foresight forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate innovation, strategic consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies with measurable impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from WFS or similar institution) strongly preferred
