Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, corporate R&D, or futures consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
