Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ technology trend forecasts through systematic horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with emerging market disruptors
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports on exponential technologies and societal impacts
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify innovation opportunities through market modeling and ROI projections
- Champion ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AI governance and biotech ethics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in scenario planning or horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts implemented by Fortune 500 companies
- Fluency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
