Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Develop and maintain comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through advanced modeling and data analytics
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate an organization-wide future-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications preferred
