Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop and publish annual innovation roadmaps with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product development and strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Champion a culture of innovation by embedding future-thinking into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented product development
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executive-ready insights
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks implemented at scale
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Certification in futures research (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) strongly preferred
