Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop evidence-based innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Facilitate strategic workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership reports published in Nature Futures and MIT Technology Review
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market opportunities using predictive modeling and scenario planning frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with demonstrated impact on Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, and Cross-Impact Matrix
- Published thought leadership in top-tier futurist or business journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy) or equivalent
- Portfolio showcasing at least three multi-million dollar innovation initiatives launched through your recommendations
