- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups for acquisition
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and tech conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build the department's research capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or tech foresight at enterprise level
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics or sustainable tech transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully implemented future-focused initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) or equivalent
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
