Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts with 5-10 year impact
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in MIT Technology Review and Wired
- Facilitate executive workshops with C-suite leaders to translate foresight into strategic imperatives
- Manage a $5M annual innovation portfolio with 15+ concurrent R&D projects
- Mentor cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping of future-proof business models
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forum summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Innovation, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Published research on exponential technologies (AI, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and predictive modeling
- Experience advising governments on technology policy (e.g., national AI frameworks)
- Exceptional public speaking skills with 50+ keynote presentations globally
