Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and geopolitical trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation frameworks
- Author white papers and thought leadership content that shapes industry discourse
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercialized innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Global mindset with experience across diverse cultural and economic contexts
