Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating industry transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into innovation roadmaps
- Produce trend intelligence reports with quantifiable impact assessments for C-suite stakeholders
- Prototype strategic solutions using emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces)
- Establish ethical guardrails for exponential technologies in regulated industries
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 5+ years strategy experience
- Proven track record in translating foresight into commercial innovation (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (TEDx, MIT Sloan, etc.)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
