Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing to identify 2026+ opportunities
- Develop quantitative and qualitative trend analysis frameworks for strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios and innovation roadmaps
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into product development priorities and go-to-market strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futures projects with measurable business impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
