Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to map 2026+ innovation landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and white papers for industry thought leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market needs
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present foresight insights to executive boards and investor forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience leading strategic initiatives in tech or Fortune 500 environments
