This role blends foresight research, strategic planning, and cross-industry collaboration to shape our innovation roadmap.
As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll analyze technological convergence patterns, market disruption vectors, and human behavior shifts to guide our R&D priorities and investment strategies. You'll work directly with C-suite executives and global research partners to translate foresight into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps and disruption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence)
- Produce strategic foresight reports and predictive market analyses
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation portfolios with future market needs
- Advise executive leadership on long-term strategic positioning and risk mitigation
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on transformation initiatives
