- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and societal shifts
- Design scenario-based roadmaps for product development and market entry
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and executive stakeholders
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Strong proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
