Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts affecting our industry by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for technological, economic, and societal transformations
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend validation
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify emerging opportunities and threats
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
