Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Author white papers on sustainable tech futures and circular economy models
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolios with ROI-focused KPI tracking
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
- Present at global tech summits including CES and Web Summit
- Design immersive future-state simulations for client stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic innovation or technology forecasting
- Proven track record publishing foresight research (Harvard/MIT preferred)
- Expertise in exponential technologies: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Methodology
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
- Fluency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on emerging tech disruption
