Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, neurotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience in volatile futures
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen products/services
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Design ethical frameworks for deploying breakthrough technologies responsibly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences and public forums
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
