Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for long-term business resilience and competitive advantage
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech solutions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners
- Drive organizational adoption of future-proof methodologies and mindsets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFTR, APF) strongly preferred
