Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market trajectories
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum) and forecast industry disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive cultural transformation toward agile innovation methodologies
- Author whitepapers on emerging trends and their commercial implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented initiatives (2018-2025)
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Experience with agile/lean innovation frameworks (SAFe, Scrum)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
